LONDON – The Court of Appeal has found the Jew’s Free School admission process to be discriminatory on the grounds of descent rather than religious practice, which amounts to racial discrimination, Politics.Co.Uk reported on June 25. The school must now revise its admissions criteria to comply with the Race Relations Act.
