Church: House Church in Yangjianong Faces Destruction

China Aid reports that members of a house church in Zhenjiang Province have been notified by the local government that they must vacate the premises by December 4th, after which the church is likely to be destroyed.  If the demolition occurs, it will be the third house church in the province to be destroyed in the last four months.  Meanwhile, in the face of massive protests in Gansu Province, there are reports that the local government is willing to consider compensating Christian communities for demolished properties by offering them others in exchange, though sources say that the amount of compensation offered by the government is always far from fair.
