Malaysia: Non-Muslims No Longer Required to Testify In Shari’a Courts

Bernama reports that following a two-day conference on Family Law in Malaysia, judges from the Shari’a Judiciary Department have concluded that non-Muslims will no longer be asked to provide testimony in Shari’a courts for cases involving Muslims and non-Muslims.
